I would tell everybody to be good.

If they were little and didn't know how to eat properly, I would show them how to eat.

If they were my age [4] they should know how to twist lids off themselves.

People who are 10
They need to know that coffee is all right for ten year olds. And that everyone should be able to read. And count.

(I've got a question for YOU now. What does 800 and - plus - 100 make?)

Awesome, Cameron! But I do wonder - is coffee really all right for ten year olds? I need to rethink my policy towards my daughter in that case. And I know the answer to your question - 900. :-)

I think I was drinking very milky, very weak coffee when I was ten. It doesn't seem to have done me *too* much harm.

I agree completely with your other points. And the answer to your question is 900.

This is awesome! I agree whole-heartedly with the eating and twisting the lids off things and would add would being able to open packets of food before they are sent with them too school. (I think i spent the entire morning tea break opening up packets of biscuits, chips, and taking the wrappings off muesli bars that the kids just couldn't get into).

The answer is 900 :-D

See, now I'm wondering about your answer on the coffee...

I really am enjoying the thoughts of Cameron-the-very-much-younger: and wonder whether his coffee policy will change when he gets closer to that age.

I think i'd be ruling out coffee until at least mid-high school. Year 8 kids are bad enough without the caffeine thanks!

I think these are extremely sane policies on the whole. I have to admit to not being quite sure about coffee for ten year olds however; tea, I can understand, but coffee may be hazardous to the child's health (and the parents' sanity as they try to stop them from bouncing off the walls)!

Does Cameron already have plans to become a politician when he is older?

And the answer to your question is 900 in most common numeric systems, but it might be 1000 in base 9.

Orion can't twist lids off by himself but he has an excuse. ;oP
